The Cohen
Unleash Tygart has a vision for the renovation and completion of the Cohen building at 2 West Main Street, Grafton.
Once renovated, this magnificent two-story building will offer abundant space to create the ideal collaborative environment for agencies eager to establish a physical presence in downtown Grafton. The Cohen will encompass a conference and training area equipped with telecommuting capabilities, catering to the needs of both residents and local businesses. It’s a space where innovation and collaboration will thrive, empowering the community to excel.
The Manos Theater
This historical Theater served as the main attraction for entertainment throughout its history offering movies, plays and operas. it is located at 14 E Main St, Grafton.
Unleash Tygart has partnered with the City of Grafton after the theater progress sat idle to take on the pre-development of the Manos. Since that time environmental and structural studies have been completed and are waiting on the feasibility study to be completed. Further, architectural drawings are done and in hand for the redevelopment of the space. Funding from grants and partners who invest in downtown development were used to pay for these studies. Unleash Tygart has no interest other than to see the theater open and operating again for the community. Once the feasibility study is completed, UT will be presenting the findings and suggestions to move forward to City Council.
